Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.

We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

We offer free shipping only for orders in excess of Rs. 100. 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.


RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a 15 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items. Free return shipping is applicable only when costs do not exceed Rs. 70 and for pincodes covered by our courier partners.

In case charges exceed Rs. 70, all charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) in excess of Rs. 70 will be adjusted against customer refund. In case of non-serviceable pincodes, customer is responsible for returning the jewellery to our warehouse and will receive Rs.70 towards shipping charges with their refund.

In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This shall extend to promotional products, including but not limited to, free gifts and silver coins.

Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on international returns.

We offer a convenient return facility to our members. The return policy offered is limited to certain categories of products, details of which are mentioned in the table below explaining the process at the time of return of a product in each category.

  • Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.
  • Any item that shows the sign of wear or has been altered, resized (by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
  • All items must accompany the original invoice and product certificate. No return would be accepted in the absence of the original invoice and original certificate.
  • Customized (including personalized/engraved products) jewelry is not eligible for a return-back, Only Lifetime Exchange Policy applies.
  • In case any discount coupon or discount codes were used during the original purchase, the amount payable/adjusted by the website would be reduced by the amount equivalent to the discount coupon or code used.
  • The weight of the product on physical weighing must tally that which is mentioned on the original invoice.
  • The member must intimate customer care in case he/she would like to avail of the return facility before shipping the product he/she wishes to return.
  • Returns are only applicable on orders shipped within India.
  • Diwaa Jewellery reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for specific customers. In such a situation, the customer will always be informed of the decision prior to the purchase.

DETAILED TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Refunds

Any refunds due by diwaa.co to the Member for non-availability of diamonds or for selection of alternate diamonds shall be made in the following manner:

·Credit card: The credit card account of the Member will be re-credited with the refund amount by diwaa.co The refund  amount will be credited to the Member's account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or

·Cheque or wire transfer: The refund amount shall be deposited into the bank account of the Member by diwaa.co within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the request for refund by the Member; or

·Cash or demand draft: If the Member has made an over the counter purchase by paying cash or demand draft, diwaa.co shall pay the refund amount to the Member through cash or demand draft within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the payment by diwaa.co


RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:
